When you open the site
The server records IP address, time, page requested, browser and operating system in log files. This serves secure operation alone (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), is not analysed, and is deleted after seven days.
Fonts and all other files come from my own server. There is no connection to Google, to a CDN or to any other external provider.
When you write to me
I process the details from your form submission, email or call in order to answer your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, supplemented for the form by your consent under (a), which you may withdraw at any time.
The form runs on the same server, stores nothing and involves no service provider. Your details remain in my mailbox until the matter is settled; statutory retention periods apply to correspondence of commercial or tax relevance.
Recipients
Hosted with ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Servers in Germany, data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Beyond that I pass nothing on, and no transfer outside the EU takes place.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal message to info@isar-acoustics.com is sufficient.
Complaints are received by the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
